Disqualification Regulations
There are some very specific rules about the way you must behave at the test center. You should understand that there is no flexibility about these rules and the test administrators cannot make exceptions. Violations will be documented by the test administrator and reported by law.
 
1. Attempt to cheat, copy the work of another candidate or disrupt the test
2. Use, or attempt to use, a dictionary, pager, spell-checker, electronic recorder or mobile phone for the duration of the test. Any candidate doing so will be disqualified
3. Talk to or disturb other candidates once the examination has started
4. Smoke, eat or drink in the examination room
5. Reproduce any part of the test in any format/medium. Any candidate doing so will have their test results disqualified and be liable to prosecution
6. Remove any materials used during the examination. This includes, but is not limited to, examination papers and answer papers
7. Ask for, and will not be given, any explanation of the questions
8. Leave your seat until all papers have been collected
9. Leave the test room without the permission of the supervisor or invigilator
10. Make any noise near the examination room
11. Copy the speech of others
 
 
If your scores are canceled or withheld, they will not be reported and your entire test fee will be forfeited. For additional information about cancellation or withholding of scores by G-TELP KOREATY
 
 
- Ensure mobile phones and pagers are switched off and placed with personal belongings in the area designated by the supervisor. Any candidate who does not switch off their phone/pager, or who retains one in their possession, will be disqualified.
- Notify the test invigilator immediately if test day conditions in any way impede your performance.
 
 
- Under 10 Aviation EPTA part are covered by the statutory requirements to operate the law for disqualified people.
- If you are caught infringing any of the candidate rules and regulations your test result will be disqualified and notification of your disqualification will be sent to any receiving institution or professional body.
- As a penalty, cannot take the exam for a minimum of 2 years from date of violation.
- Exam will be counted as invalid.
