The easiest and fastest way to register is to register on-line. The form asks for your full name, address, date of birth, telephone or mobile number and Social Security number (if he has one). At the designated register center

- Another way to register is to fill out and submit an EPTA Application Form. - EPTA Application Forms are available at designated test centers, and can also be downloaded from the website. - To apply, bring the application form, the test fee, and a recent, 3 X 4 sized photograph to a testing center for processing. You can take the EPTA as many times you want. However, you can only re-take the test 4 weeks after the previous test date.
