分数由评价委员根据ICAO附属书里中文不这样用,不知英文这里是什么分数由评价委员ICAO附属书里规定的别表1的等级基准算出分数,各项的等级由专业评价委员判分的平均值上适用航空安全本部告示第2006-26号别表2的等级换算表决定.

最终登记决定由第2项规定的6个项目的平均等级中等级低的项目等级决定.
